Join EQIC for this short, 30-minute “quickinar” to empower your team with best practices for facilitating process improvement. You will learn how to use fundamental principles, basic change concepts and well-known models of quality improvement to deliver quick and meaningful results.
Patient safety requires constant modifications and accommodations in healthcare settings to prevent harm. Hospitals seeking to improve patient outcomes need to initiate both small- and large-scale changes, develop and refine processes and align practices across multiple areas at the local and system level.
However, the process of planning, testing and spreading those changes does not have to be overwhelming. We’ll share practical tips, tools and techniques to provide your team with “how-to” guidance to test and implement changes in real work settings, and accelerate spread and sustain continuous improvement.
