Our unit-based safety Wednesday webinars continue to bring you cross-cutting practices that reduce a broad range of hospital-acquired conditions and promote safety across the board. This presentation will introduce and describe the use of a learning health system approach to decrease hospital-acquired pressure injury, sustain improvements and demonstrate a transition from use of retrospective PI data to real-time, actionable analytics for improvement.
