We have discovered that some of the Culture of Safety survey reports contain duplicate responses. Data integrity is of the utmost importance. We want to take this opportunity to ensure our hospitals have the best quality and most valuable data.
Current reports will be removed from the portal while the data is validated. Hospitals will be notified when the new reports are up, which we anticipate will be in advance of the March 21 webinar.

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Version 2.0 survey was administered this fall to EQIC hospitals that chose to participate. During this follow-up webinar, EQIC staff will review reports and data derived from the various dimensions of the survey. Debriefing and action planning tools will be shared that can help prevent adverse events and injuries in healthcare organizations.
EQIC strives to help hospitals continually improve clinical processes and reduce adverse outcomes. As part of these efforts, it is recognized that a culture of safety is a key component to ensuring patient safety.
By participating in the webinar, you will be better prepared to discuss survey results at the hospital and unit level and to develop action plans to improve the safety culture in your organization.
