EQIC is pleased to offer your hospital the opportunity to administer the 2022 Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (Culture of Safety Survey) Version 2.0. The online survey — available to you at no cost — will take place Oct. 10 through Nov. 7.
During this brief introductory session, staff will review the survey options and registration process. The session also covers unit-level data preparation and submission, survey promotion and post-survey reports for action planning.
EQIC recommends that your key liaison, designated culture of safety liaison, quality management team and department managers involved in the process attend this webinar.
