- recognizing that outpatients with "pre-hospitalization" COVID-19 may not require anticoagulation prophylaxis;
- identifying goals of therapeutic dose anticoagulation in COVID-19 patients admitted to the floor;
- using prophylactic dose anticoagulation in COVID-19 patients admitted to the ICU; and
- assessing COVID-19 patients at discharge for possible post-discharge anticoagulation prophylaxis.
