The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Version 2.0 survey was administered this fall to participating EQIC hospitals. During this follow-up webinar, EQIC staff will review reports and data derived from the various dimensions of the survey. Staff will also share debriefing and action planning tools that can help prevent adverse events and injuries in healthcare organizations.
EQIC strives to help hospitals continually improve clinical processes and reduce adverse outcomes. As part of these efforts, it is recognized that a culture of safety is a key component to ensuring patient safety.
By participating in the webinar, you will be better prepared to discuss survey results at the hospital and unit levels and develop action plans to improve the safety culture in your organization.
