Our hospital is always working to improve clinical processes and reduce adverse outcomes. As part of these efforts, we recognize the importance of a culture of safety.
To better understand our organization’s culture of safety, we are participating in the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture.
