EQIC opioid measures seek to identify the amount of opioids being prescribed to patients, if two or more opioids are prescribed and if an opioid and a benzodiazepine are being prescribed concurrently. Additionally, ADE measures seek to identify how often patients experience coded events, including the use of naloxone for inpatients.
